Minestrone Soup Mix
You'll need:
-1 796ml can of diced tomatoes
-1 lb of Italian sausage (or ham)
-grated parmesan (optional, for serving)
To make on stove:
Add beans to 12 cups of boiling water, and simmer for 90 minutes (or until tender). Add sausage, soup mix, diced tomatoes with their liquid, and more water if desired. Simmer for another 60 minutes until tender. Serve sprinkled with parmesan cheese, if desired.
Ingredients: navy beans, kidney beans, macaroni, mixed vegetables, MSG-free beef bouillon (salt, dextrose, maltodextrin, corn starch, wheat, onion, hydrogenated vegetable fat, caramel colour, yeast extract, canola vegetable oil, garlic, lemon juice, sodium citrate, spice extract, sulphites), onions, spices.
