Chicken Tinga Taco Filling
Saucy and smoky, this shredded chicken and caramelized onion dish is slow-simmered in a garlic, tomato and chipotle base.
Best served over tostadas (toasted/fried corn tortillas) and topped with shredded iceberg lettuce, Mexican-style crema, and crumbled feta cheese.

Ingredients: cooked chicken (chicken breast meat, water), onion, water, tomatoes (tomatoes, tomato juice, salt, citric acid, calcium chloride), tomato paste (tomatoes), canola oil, chipotles in adobo (chipotle peppers, vinegar, tomatoes, onions, sugar, salt, paprika, soybean oil and spices), garlic, salt.
Prep Instructions: Preheat oven to 350*. Remove cover from packaging. Place container on middle rack. Bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy with your favourite tortillas and toppings (recommended: shredded lettuce, feta cheese, sour cream, and salsa).
