Sweet Smokey Heat
Award-winning spice blend for chicken wings! Bold smoke with spices for a perfect all-purpose seasoning, or add pineapple juice and soy sauce to make a marinade.
Try it on burger patties, chicken wings, fries, tacos, pizza, popcorn, cream cheese - or anything else you can think of!
Or make a delicious dip by adding to sour cream, Greek yogurt, or any other base you enjoy.
125g jar.
Ingredients: sugar, spice, sea salt, onion powder, chili powder, ground ginger, ground black pepper, cumin seed, granulated garlic, oregano, chives, cayenne, dried chili flakes, basil.
All natural; no preservatives, trans-fats, gluten, or MSG.
Directions: simply massage spice rub into meat, poultry, seafood, tofu, or veggies and allow to rest for 30 minutes before cooking.
Maui Marinade (for ribs, chicken, or skirt steak):
-1-2 Tbsp Sweet Smokey Heat spice rub
-1 cup pineapple juice
-1/4 cup soy sauce
-1 Tbsp sesame oil
Marinate meat at least 30 minutes (can go overnight). Save some marinade for basting during cooking (do not consume uncooked marinade once it's been in contact with raw meat).
If you simmer the marinade to reduce it, it's a great drizzle for burgers or Hawaiian pizza!
