Grilling Instructions:
Preheat your grill to 475*F on medium-low heat.
While preheating, leave the frozen pizza at room temperature for 10 minutes.
Heat the pizza on the grill for 7-8 minutes.
Baking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 475°F.
Remove and recycle packaging. Cook from frozen.
Place directly onto middle rack of oven or on pizza stone and bake for 6-8 minutes.
Ingredients: pizza dough (flour, salt, yeast, tomato sauce (Italian tomatoes, salt, basil), fresh mozzarella (pasteurized milk, bacterial culture, salt, calcium chloride, microbial enzyme), Parmigiano Reggiano, basil.

We're committed to simple, fresh ingredients on thin crust, wood-fired pizza.From our start - back in 2008 - we've been making sausage, meatballs, pesto and tiramisu, vinaigrettes for our salads and of course chili oil. All made from scratch in our kitchen. A few years later, we added pepperoni, then gelato and sorbetto.
When we learned our house made goods had a following outside of the pizzerias, we got to work to get them from our house to yours. Great goods for a snack or meal.
