Pork Tenderloin, Stuffed (Garlic)
Gluten-free. Frozen. Sear in skillet, then bake until cooked through in oven.
Ingredients: pork, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried thyme, cayenne pepper.
Cooking Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350*F.
2. Heat 2 Tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; place tenderloin in the hot oil. Sear until all sides are golden borne. Transfer seared tenderloin to a casserole dish (or keep in skillet if its oven-safe).
3. Bake in pre-heated oven until internal temperature is 160*F (71*C) approximately 25-45 minutes (depending on size).

We are Tom and Laura, owners of an authentic German bratwurst company, Meat Me in Germany. Tom is a German-born man who grew up here in Canada and made bratwurst from scratch for fun with his Opa. Laura is a Canadian/Scottish self proclaimed pork-hater who was converted by said bratwurst.Meat Me in Germany prides itself on being handmade every step of the way. The simple recipe has proved its worthiness of being passed down by previous German generations.
Sure, you can go to the grocery store and buy packaged bratwurst or sausages but from customer feedback; turning non-pork-eaters into sausage lovers; and the success we’ve had in our first year of business, we know the product is solid, delicious and keeps people coming back for more.
